Pretty and ornate.
Approx 5-3/4" tall x 4-1/3" wide.
Has areas with hard to see lines, I'm calling it crazing, but it's surface bumps, not cracks.
Not marked. But it's by PV PORTIEUX FRANCE.
Heavy and thick glass.
